South African batter Dewald Brevis, who is nicknamed 'Baby AB' for his playing style being similar to that of AB de Villiers, has been bought by Mumbai Indians in the IPL mega auction for ₹3 crore, 15 times his base price of ₹20 lakh. The 18-year-old was the highest run-scorer in the recently concluded 2022 Under-19 World Cup.
