Players get ₹20,000 to score own goals: Minerva FC director

Minerva FC director Ranjit Bajaj revealed in a podcast of Figuring Out with Raj Shamani that there is blatant fixing in state leagues, where players earning ₹40,000 a season are paid ₹20,000 a match to deliberately score own goals. East European bookies bet via apps, he said, adding that no one in Indian football history has ever been jailed for fixing.
