Sony has raised recommended retail price (RRP) of PlayStation 5 console in select markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Australia and New Zealand. It said the decision has been made due to challenging economic environment, including high inflation and fluctuating exchange rates. Sony previously hiked the price of the PS5 console in 2022 in various countries and regions.
