Toy retailer Hamleys, owned by Reliance Retail, experienced a revenue drop during the calendar year 2023, according to annual filings made by the Indian conglomerate for its subsidiaries. The management said it "expect[s] the retail climate to recover, though there remains a challenging trading environment".
