PM Modi expressed grief and announced financial assistance for the victims after 17 died in a blast at an explosives factory in Nagpur. An ex-gratia of ₹2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. The injured would be given ₹50,000. "I pray for the speedy recovery of the injured," PM Modi said.
