PM becomes first passenger to use Andal airport

PM Narendra Modi on Sunday used the Kazi Nazrul Islam airport in West Bengal's Andal, days before it starts its commercial operations on May 18, thus becoming the first passenger to do so. The airport, located in Durgapur-Andal region, is India's first private greenfield airport. It has been set up in collaboration with the Changi International Airport, Singapore.
