Canada PM Mark Carney announced a new cabinet on Tuesday after he was elected as PM last month. Indian origin MP Anita Anand has been appointed as Canada's foreign minister in the new cabinet. Earlier, Anand, who was running for the post of PM to succeed former Canada PM Justin Trudeau had dropped out of the race after Trudeau's resignation.
