PM Narendra Modi on Saturday chaired the ninth governing council meeting of National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog) in Delhi. While CM's from all BJP-ruled states participated in the meeting, only West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee attended the meeting from the Opposition. Several Opposition CM's have refused to attend the meeting as a mark of protest against the Budget.
