The BJP on Wednesday registered a resounding victory in Haryana municipal corporation polls, winning Ambala, Sonipat and Panchkula. Out of seven civic bodies, it secured wins in five. PM Narendra Modi welcomed the "spectacular victory" of BJP. "This victory is also a symbol of the trust that the people of Haryana have in the state's double-engine government," PM Modi added.
