PM Narendra Modi and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge shared a light-hearted moment as they met in Parliament to pay tributes to Dr BR Ambedkar on his birth anniversary. When PM was standing with several leaders for a photograph, he noticed that Kharge was missing. PM Modi called him to join the photo, following which the two were seen laughing together.
