PM Modi, Putin & BRICS leaders watch Rangoli being made at Summit

A video from the first day of BRICS Summit showed PM Narendra Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin and other BRICS leaders watching a Rangoli being made ahead of the Gala dinner. In the video, PM Modi appears to explain the traditional Indian art form to the other leaders. Rangoli consists of decorative patterns created at home entrances using coloured powders.
