Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin-led DMK has accused the BJP-led Centre of lying about giving more funds to the state than during Congress rule. In its paper Murasoli, DMK criticised Centre for "betraying" Tamil Nadu. As part of its "Oraniyil Tamil Nadu" campaign, DMK is doing a door-to-door drive, highlighting state achievements and alleged Centre neglect, ahead of 2026 elections.
