PM Narendra Modi, who was attending the convocation ceremony at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay on Saturday, announced a financial aid of ₹1,000 crore for the institute. "The best ideas do not come in government buildings or in fancy offices. They come in campuses like yours, in the minds of youngsters like you," PM Modi said while addressing the students.
