PM Narendra Modi on Sunday chaired a high-level meeting to review India's security preparedness and the prevailing global scenario in the context of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, S Jaishankar and Nirmala Sitharaman were seen taking part in the meeting with PM Modi. NSA Ajit Doval and Foreign Secretary Harsh V Shringla also attended the meeting.
