Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on his birthday, praying for his long life and health. Vijayan, born May 24, 1945, has been Kerala's Chief Minister since 2016 and is the longest-serving CPI(M) state secretary. He is the first Kerala CM to be re-elected after a full term and holds numerous records.
