PM Modi holds bilateral talks with Xi Jinping, says 'Border peace key to growth in ties'
PM Narendra Modi held bilateral talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping during the latter's first visit to India in seven years for the BRICS Summit. PM Modi emphasised that sustained growth in India-China ties depends on peace and stability along the border. "Differences should not become disputes," both leaders agreed and welcomed progress in relations since the 2020 Galwan clash.
