As official trends from Election Commission showed BJP failing to cross the majority mark on its own in Lok Sabha elections, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said that PM Narendra Modi should "take moral responsibility and resign". "He used to pretend that he was extraordinary. Now it has been proved that he is outgoing Prime Minister," Jairam Ramesh added.
