Speaking in the Lok Sabha during the no-confidence motion debate on Friday, Congress President Rahul Gandhi said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not a 'chowkidar' (watchdog) of corruption but a 'bhagidar' (participant) in it. "Everybody understands the relationship the PM has with certain businessmen...Everybody understands the amount of money that goes into the marketing of the PM," Rahul added.
