PM Modi pitches a 'cooking model' entirely based on solar plants

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has pitched a 'cooking model' that will be entirely based on electricity generated by solar plants installed on people's own rooftops. "We need to drive a 'clean cooking' movement to reduce our dependence on imported gas," PM Modi stated. PM Modi's remarks come amid high LPG prices due to the Strait of Hormuz crisis.
