Talking about the relationship between PM Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said if the leaders face any issue, they can now speak with each other over the phone. She further asserted that this rapport and "ease" was a result of the informal summit held between the two leaders in Wuhan last month.
