AAP leader Gopal Rai claimed PM Narendra Modi had to "run away" to Meerut because of Opposition bloc INDI's rally in Delhi today (Sunday). While addressing the rally, he noted that CM Arvind Kejriwal was arrested in excise policy case on the statement of Sarath Reddy, who gave ₹60 crore to BJP. PM Modi will hold rally in Meerut today.
