PM Narendra Modi, who inaugurated a 'most advanced' Common Central Secretariat building in Delhi, said, "We named the building 'Kartavya Bhavan' after a lot of deliberation." He quoted the Bhagavad Gita, saying, "We must rise above what we want to achieve and act from 'kartavya bhaav' (sense of duty)." PM added, "'Kartavya' is basic spirit of India's 'karma pradhan' philosophy."
