Congress' Jairam Ramesh said PM Narendra Modi's visit to South Africa for the G20 summit is "safe and secure" since US President Donald Trump boycotted it. Ramesh alleged that PM Modi didn't attend the ASEAN-India Summit in October to avoid coming face-to-face with Trump. He asked whether PM Modi will attend the next G20, which the US will preside over.
