PM Narendra Modi, while addressing a rally in Jalandhar, accused AAP government in Punjab of misgovernance, calling it "kattar beiman" (blatantly dishonest). He added that in Punjab no one can predict when or where a gang war might break out or from which direction bullets might fly. PM Modi also criticised Congress and Shiromani Akali Dal over the state's condition.
