PM Narendra Modi spoke to Russian President Vladimir Putin about recent developments regarding Ukraine and reiterated his conviction that the differences between Russia and NATO can only be resolved through honest and sincere dialogue, said PMO. PM Modi appealed for immediate cessation of violence. He sensitised Putin about India's concerns regarding Indian citizens' safety in Ukraine, PMO added.
