PM Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for 'Urja Ganga' project in Varanasi on Monday, according to reports. The 1,500-km-long pipeline project will reportedly provide piped cooking gas to Varanasi's residents within two years. He is also scheduled to flag-off other projects, including air-conditioned perishable cargo centre, and doubling of railway tracks on Allahabad-Varanasi section.
