Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said that during the first year of PM Narendra Modi's regime, he made a fuss about PM not visiting Islamic countries, but later PM's outreach to Islamic world has been "exemplary". "Our relations with major Muslim countries have never been better. I am happy to take back my criticism," Tharoor said at a conclave of CNN-News18.
