PM Narendra Modi on Sunday paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the 2004 tsunami at a memorial in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and assured to provide better facilities to the people in the region. During his visit, he is expected to lay the foundation stone for several infrastructure projects and announce the renaming of three islands.
