Reacting to PM Narendra Modi's speech in Rajya Sabha on Thursday, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said PM Modi distorted the history and insulted Congress. "It was an election speech, he kept speaking like the way he speaks in public rallies," Jairam stated. PM Modi had targeted Congress for not giving Bharat Ratna to BR Ambedkar.
