Maker of the augmented reality game Pokémon Go, Niantic has raised $200 million in Series B funding led by the US-based Spark Capital, according to The Wall Street Journal. Investors including Javelin Venture Capital, Founders Fund, and NetEase also participated in the funding round. Spark Capital's partner General Partner Megan Quinn will join Niantic's board as part of the deal.
