Poland's Defence Minister Mariusz Blaszczak said the construction of a temporary barrier along the country's border with Russia will begin on Wednesday. The barrier, which will be 2.5 m high and 3 m deep, will be built along the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad, said Blaszczak. The barrier's construction will be completed by the end of 2023.
