A newly built concrete road in Sullia, Karnataka, has sparked criticism after electric poles were left standing almost in the middle of carriageway. The road connects Government General Hospital and Pre-University College. Following public outrage, MLA Bhagirathi Murulya inspected the site and ordered immediate action. Authorities have also been directed to relocate poles and improve road safety.
