A judicial commission report to Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah about June 4 stampede outside Chinnaswamy Stadium that killed 11 has blamed RCB event organisers, KSCA, DNA Entertainment and Bengaluru Police. It cited "gross negligence and dereliction of duty" by all parties. As per India Today, the report stated that they proceeded with the event despite knowing that the crowd wasn't manageable.
