Valsad police arrested serial killer Rahul Singh Jat for the rape and murder of a 19-year-old girl in Motiwada, Gujarat. The accused, who had committed multiple murders across India, was caught traveling to Vapi. A team of police used CCTV footage to trace him. Further investigation revealed five more murders by him.
