Security has been heightened across Dharwad after a special court convicted former minister Vinay Kulkarni in the Yogesh Gowda murder case. Over 100 police personnel and KSRP units have been deployed in sensitive areas. Police are maintaining strict vigil, particularly in rural regions and key city locations, to prevent any untoward incidents following the verdict.
