New York City police officer Didarul Islam was among the four people who lost their lives after a gunman opened fire inside a skyscraper in NYC's Manhattan. The 36-year-old had migrated to US from Bangladesh and is survived by his eight-month pregnant wife and two children. New York Police Department (NYPD) said Islam "represented the very best of our department".
