The Coimbatore Mahila Court in Tamil Nadu on Tuesday, May 13, found all nine accused in the 2019 Pollachi sexual assault case guilty. Justice Nandini Devi sentenced all of them to life imprisonment and ordered a total compensation of ₹85 lakh to the survivors. The court has also imposed a fine of ₹1,50,000 on the convicts.
