Pollard's MI head coach role draws attention to his CSK link

The West Indies all-rounder Kieron Pollard has been appointed Mumbai Indians’ head coach for IPL 2027, replacing Mahela Jayawardene. However, he has also joined Joburg Super Kings for SA20 2027. Bought for R1.5 million at the auction, Pollard’s association with a franchise linked to MI’s arch-rivals, Chennai Super Kings, has sparked debate among cricket fans over his dual role.
