Delhi Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that review petition filed by Delhi government over the ban on End-of-Life-Vehicles will be heard in Supreme Court on Monday. "We believe that...parameter to determine pollution levels must be the use of...vehicle instead of its age," he added. There are old vehicles with low pollution due to less use, he further said.
