PolyAI raised $86 million in Series D led by Georgian, Hedosophia, Khosla Ventures, with £15 million from the British Business Bank. Founded in 2017 by Nikola Mrkšić, Shawn Wen and Pei-Hao Su, the Cambridge-linked company builds conversational AI for customer service and is on track to surpass $50 million in ARR this year following a $50 million raise year.
