After Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan's resignation ahead of Cabinet reshuffle due on Wednesday, Congress leader, Jairam Ramesh said, "Poor Dr Harsh Vardhan, a good man has been made a scapegoat for monumental failures at the highest level — nowhere else." Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank and Union Labour Minister Santosh Gangwar also tendered their resignation.
