Poor infant sleep linked to higher autism risk, Study finds

A new Australian study, published in the Archives of Disease in Childhood, links poor infant sleep to a higher autism risk. Babies with poor sleep or longer sleep onset are more likely to show autistic traits and be diagnosed with autism later. Sleep behaviours could serve as early indicators for autism, offering early detection and intervention.
