The Vatican has said that Pope Francis' health deteriorated and described his health condition as "critical", adding, "The Pope is not out of danger." The Vatican stated that the 88-year-old Pope needed supplemental oxygen and blood transfusions. He was hospitalised on February 14 after facing difficulty in breathing and was diagnosed with pneumonia in both lungs.
