Popees Baby Care India to acquire 99.31% stake in PBCPL for ₹511 crore

Popees Baby Care India Limited will acquire a 99.31% stake in Popees Baby Care Products Limited for ₹511.32 crore via a share swap. The deal involves issuing 2.6 crore equity shares and 98.5 lakh warrants at ₹142.44 each. Post-acquisition, promoter holdings will consolidate to 69.63%. An EGM is scheduled for November 18, 2026.
