Portugal’s AIMA agency has launched an online platform to assist with immigrant regularisation. Immigrants with employment contracts who contributed to Social Security before June 4, 2024, are eligible. The new rule reduces the contribution requirement from 12 months to just 1 month, simplifying the residence permit process.
