The Centre said Poshan Tracker has been implemented across all states and UTs, registering over 8.93 crore beneficiaries by May. The digital platform monitors nutrition services under Poshan Abhiyaan, tracks child growth, and supports real-time data-based decisions. It has helped improve monitoring of supplementary nutrition and reduce gaps in Anganwadi services.
