A Mumbai sessions court has said actor Alok Nath may have been falsely implicated in a rape case by writer-director Vinta Nanda and she may have delayed filing a complaint for "her own benefit". The judge noted Nanda "remember(ed) the entire incident but she did not remember the date and month of incident." Nath was granted anticipatory bail on Saturday.
