A special postal cover was released in Hyderabad commemorating the discovery of malarial parasite by Sir Ronald Ross. The Sir Ronald Ross Institute of Parasitology, Osmania University, in association with the Postal Department, released the postal cover on World Mosquito Day. Telangana Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav was also present at the event.
