The Cyber Crime Cell of Delhi Police has warned that posting grievances on platforms such as Twitter or public forums may attract fraudsters impersonating as customer care executives. It also shared a recent incident in which a user lost bitcoins worth ₹9 lakh after sharing his credentials with a Twitter handle impersonating as the customer care of a cryptocurrency wallet.
