Potato and other winter vegetables are more expensive than before, a Moneycontrol analysis found. Potato prices have seen nearly four-year-high inflation, with people paying 67% more for potatoes in November 2024 than they did a year ago. Similarly, people are paying 85% more for garlic, 48% more for cauliflower, 44% more for cabbage and 33% more for carrots this winter.
